Honestly a life saver!!!! One of the most real and honest people and company you can deal with. I had a flat tire at 2am and got scammed by a road side assistance but they sent him out and he decided to help and get me back on the road and was able to get some of my money back from them. I would hundred percent recommend his service and if you ever need anything like a road side assistance or a tow definitely use J.D. towing and roadside. In today’s world it’s very hard to find honest and hard working people like them. Very grateful and thankful for their hard work and commitment.

Professional, friendly, helpful, and fast! I was connected through my roadside assistance plan on a holiday with most places closed. J.D.'s driver was available, arrived earlier than the original ETA, and even confirmed this with me via phonecall beforehand. Thanks so much!

James at J.D. Towing & Roadside LLC was able to show up on Christmas to get me towed from Lebanon to Springfield, incredibly thankful for the service. He was very professional, kind, and overall very easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I called my Roadside service they said it would be awhile all resources were busy, it would be an hour, then 2 hours, Then i get a call from J.D. Towing & Roadside, James says he's own his way will be there in 40 minutes he was there before that. He went above and beyond a professional at his job! Thank you for getting me and my car home safe ๐ if I ever need a Roadside again I'm telling them to send James.

I broke down on I5, 55 miles from home. I sat on the side of the freeway for 4 hours waiting for the tow truck to arrive and they never did. Meanwhile, James rolled up and asked if I was in need of assistance. I was! He even stated that that wasn’t his usual route to home but something made him come my way. The universe was looking out for me that day, for sure. James was professional, courteous and so incredibly helpful in getting myself and my car home that day. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Ran out of gas between the coast and Portland and ended up calling another company I found on google that ended up being a weird dispatch company. They called the other towing companies in the area with no luck and ended up calling JD Towing.Jordan drove out, filled my tank with a couple gallons, and was super honest about the sketchy practices that this dispatch company seemed to be doing. Jordan was super personable and even offered to drive behind to make sure I got to the gas station to fill up my tank. He even warned me about the deer that run across the roads sometimes since it was near hunting season. Impeccable service and highly recommend.

My partner busted a tire and was stuck on the side of the road. As we were changing with insufficient tools, James saw us and stopped to help out. He did great work, with great customer service. He even offered no charge but of course we paid him. We were so appreciative for his kindness and generosity.
