James went above and beyond to provide the best towing service possible! Had no problem towing my lowered acura, and made it up our steep and bumpy driveway even though he didn't have to just to drop the car off in the perfect place. Also took extra time and care to not scratch any part of the car which isnt easy with lowered cars! No extra fees for anything, just asked for exactly what was originally quoted.

Kames was absolutely outstanding. He arrived incredibly fast, handled everything with total professionalism, and treated me with genuine kindness during a really stressful situation. You can tell he takes pride in his work — he explained everything clearly, made sure I was safe, and got my vehicle taken care of without any hassle.

I pulled over with a flat tire and James turned around once he saw me and was going to change my tire for me. My spare was flat so he towed me to a tire center close by. He was so friendly and professional! I’m glad he stopped to help. I have no clue how to change a tire and wouldn’t have known my spare needed air until too late. Hours in the sun with a kid in the car was avoided thanks to James!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Said would be to me in 45 mins, ended up there in 20 min. Very polite and fast at getting me and my broke down car home. Then i was talking about how i was gonna get to work, he offered to take me to work the following morning, to my surprise he was there a half hour early and i made it to work. Thank you for being a human and not just after everyone's money, The price he quoted over the phone was very fair and no surprise charges, i paid what i was quoted in the beginning.

There was a problem on my insurances end(my fault) and he kept a cool 😎 head and handled it with grace 🤠 His custom hand built trailer is absolutely a must see 🙈 as it's one of a kind just like James. 10/10 would recommend 🙏 to anyone who likes to support small businesses.

I locked my keys in my car running errands before picking up my daughter from daycare.
Jacob showed up within 10 minutes of my request in the insurance app and had me back in my car. He was fast and professional and a super stressful event ended up so much easier than anticipated. My father’s car had broken down and after calling several towing companies—some didn’t answer and others charged nearly double—J.D. Towing was the clear choice. They quoted a fair price and arrived much faster than expected. James was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful, even suggesting a few fixes before towing. Honestly a life saver!!!! One of the most real and honest people and company you can deal with. I had a flat tire at 2am and got scammed by a road side assistance but they sent him out and he decided to help and get me back on the road and was able to get some of my money back from them. I would hundred percent recommend his service and if you ever need anything like a road side assistance or a tow definitely use J.D. towing and roadside. In today’s world it’s very hard to find honest and hard working people like them. Very grateful and thankful for their hard work and commitment.

I called my Roadside service they said it would be awhile all resources were busy, it would be an hour, then 2 hours, Then i get a call from J.D. Towing & Roadside, James says he's own his way will be there in 40 minutes he was there before that. He went above and beyond a professional at his job! Thank you for getting me and my car home safe 👍 if I ever need a Roadside again I'm telling them to send James.

I broke down on I5, 55 miles from home. I sat on the side of the freeway for 4 hours waiting for the tow truck to arrive and they never did. Meanwhile, James rolled up and asked if I was in need of assistance. I was! He even stated that that wasn’t his usual route to home but something made him come my way. The universe was looking out for me that day, for sure. James was professional, courteous and so incredibly helpful in getting myself and my car home that day. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Ran out of gas between the coast and Portland and ended up calling another company I found on google that ended up being a weird dispatch company. They called the other towing companies in the area with no luck and ended up calling JD Towing.

Jordan drove out, filled my tank with a couple gallons, and was super honest about the sketchy practices that this dispatch company seemed to be doing. Jordan was super personable and even offered to drive behind to make sure I got to the gas station to fill up my tank. He even warned me about the deer that run across the roads sometimes since it was near hunting season. Impeccable service and highly recommend.
