I broke down on I5, 55 miles from home. I sat on the side of the freeway for 4 hours waiting for the tow truck to arrive and they never did. Meanwhile, James rolled up and asked if I was in need of assistance. I was! He even stated that that wasn’t his usual route to home but something made him come my way. The universe was looking out for me that day, for sure. James was professional, courteous and so incredibly helpful in getting myself and my car home that day. Highly recommend!!!!!!
Ran out of gas between the coast and Portland and ended up calling another company I found on google that ended up being a weird dispatch company. They called the other towing companies in the area with no luck and ended up calling JD Towing. Jordan drove out, filled my tank with a couple gallons, and was super honest about the sketchy practices that this dispatch company seemed to be doing. Jordan was super personable and even offered to drive behind to make sure I got to the gas station to fill up my tank. He even warned me about the deer that run across the roads sometimes since it was near hunting season. Impeccable service and highly recommend.
My partner busted a tire and was stuck on the side of the road. As we were changing with insufficient tools, James saw us and stopped to help out. He did great work, with great customer service. He even offered no charge but of course we paid him. We were so appreciative for his kindness and generosity.
Fast efficient communication great, my son and I ended up with a flat late at night and they didnt let us worry we'd be stuck.

I can’t say enough about James and JD Towing. His service, professionalism, and punctuality was the best! Getting stranded in the dark, with no power or cell service is quite scary but James put us at ease as soon as he arrived. Highly recommend if you are ever caught in the same situation.
James had amazing service. Broke down just off the freeway and he stopped by to see what he could do to help. Drove to the gas station for oil and came back without expectation for compensation. Afterwards James brought my car back home an hour away with a more than reasonable price. His communication, professionalism, and effort really made this experience positive.

We hired JD towing to tow our car home. They got us a deal that was better than anywhere else, and our tow was NOT an easy tow. They had to angle our car in facing forward to appease our landlord and also get it under a car port, all without our car being able to move well due to the tires being pointed towards each other. They handled our case very carefully, despite charging us a low rate, and were very communicative and helpful. They really put a lot of thought, care, and effort into getting our car home, and we are so grateful to them. Happy that we chose JD towing for our tow.
We broke down on christmas night last year on the side of the highway. James Johnson is the name on the business card he gave us and he stopped and waited for us to get some gas from family before jumping our car. We would have been stranded without him and he did it just to be kind. Thank you and although we procrastinated the review I hope everyone knows that these are good guys.
JDS helped us in a pinch. Our vehicle anti theft locked and wouldnt start due to the door lock being punched in at some point. He was prompt, honest, and informative. Not to mention his price was competitive and made an all together negative time into a positive for us. I had an AMAZING experience with JD Towing and Roadside. My car was having battery issues and wouldn’t stay running, my dad and I were on the side of the highway trying to jump it for what was probably the fifth time when one of their drivers saw us and pulled over to help completely unprompted. Forever grateful for the assistance. You don’t come across businesses like this every day, JD Towing goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roadside help. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and gratitude.

Jordan is incredible. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great heart. He explained things so that I understood them and didn’t once make me feel unintelligent during all explanations (I asked a lot of questions!) Last night one of our work vans had a tire that blew out on I5. James pulled off as a Good Samaritan and helped us get the spare on and off the side of the freeway. In this day and age it’s easy to lose sight of the good in society, but last night really proved that there are good people out there.
James was amazing, and provided great roadside services when I needed it most. I know nothing about cars, except the basics, and when I started experiencing what seemed to me like some electrical issues and pulled over on the highway— he must have seen me pulled off and stopped to see if I was ok. I’m glad he did— because that particular spot on the highway was very dark, I was alone, and it was freezing outside. What could have been a very long and potentially horrible night for me was prevented and I was pleasantly surprised by James’ professionalism and the way he presented himself and the company. Super friendly, nothing but positive vibes, efficient, honest, and ready to help at the drop of a time. Will definitely be contacting them again anytime I happen to be in the area and get in a bind, knowing I can count on JD Towing & Roadside to get the job done! Highly recommended 🙂
James saw us broken down on the freeway today and pulled over to help us. He didn’t have to. We didn’t call him. He just went out of his way to help us. When we told James we had just called a tow truck before he got there, he waited behind us to keep us safe from traffic. My toddler was having a tough time with all the traffic noise, so James brought his puppy out so my son could pet her. When the tow arrived he even helped load our car onto it. I cannot say enough about the kindness he showed us total strangers. We will call him first if we are ever in trouble like this again!
